Ingredients: Ideafarm apple vinegar 56%, plum 19%, Chilli pepper 15%, jam sugar (sugar, jelly pectin, acidity regulator citric acid, 0.1% hydrogenated vegetable fat (sunflower oil), preservative potassium sorbate) ginger, chilli powder 0.5%

Out of the 3 spicy sauces this is most mild. Chilli infused with sweet/sour plum.

Shake before use and keep refrigerated after opening.
