The first winery in Saaremaa was established in 2009.

The winery belongs to the Ideafarm brand, which is
managed by Metakor OÜ, which is known for the
production of syrups, jams and vinegars.
The total volume of wine production is 15,000 liters
per year. Wine is made from Saaremaa raw materials (berries,
fruits and rhubarb, etc.), in addition to delicious fruit
and berry wines, herb, carrot, tomato and honey wines are
also made, as well as mild wines and soft drinks from both
herbs and fruits. We want to revive historical recipes and
brands.

ALTERNATIVE WINE TASTING

Tasting of 10 different special wines at the customer’s
choice and, upon request, other Ideafarm products for up
to 10 people. Upon agreement, it is also possible to
organize a tasting at the customer’s place for an additional
fee.

We are the first winery in Saaremaa that makes wine from
almost everything. The selection includes nettle, tomato and
oak leaf wines, as well as many other exciting berry and
fruit wines and flavors offered by Estonian raw materials.
To make the best drink, we proudly use our skills and
experience of twenty years of craft food, syrups, juices and
herbal mixtures. In the classroom, we taste alternative and
rustic wines, talk about wine in folklore and medicine and
its use in food. Winery workshops are held with advance
registration.
