Jam with red currant and small chili 100g

Usage: serve the jam with cheeses, especially soft and salty ones such as brie, camembert or blue cheese. The chili adds a nice zing and effect to dishes.

Jam is also suitable as a side dish for burger buns or warm sandwiches to give a little sweet and spicy taste. Can be mixed with creamy cream cheese or sour cream to make a spicy-sweet dip for vegetables or crackers. As a glaze on meat (e.g. pork, turkey or chicken wings) baking in the oven.

Ingredients: red currant juice and puree 64%, jam sugar (sugar, gelling agent pectin, acidity regulator citric acid, 0.1% hydrogenated vegetable fat (sunflower oil), preservative potassium sorbate), chili 1%.

Made from 75g of berries per 100g of product. Total sugar content 40g per 100g.
