Saaremaa’s first grape wine is made with greedy haste “our first”, our first. It is from white vitis vinifera varieties grown on the Kalda farm. In retrospect, we stated that the greenish bunch tips should have been removed, the acid is high. However, we were happy with the decision to let the wine stand on the amber colored ripe shells. Let it be – our first experiment – green and pure. A lesson for the future, when more berries and varieties can be mixed correctly, etc.
