Black garlic spread is an exciting addition to any snack plate. It goes well with long-matured hard cheeses that share a similar character – cheeses that are slightly sweet in taste, sometimes even nutty.

Ingredients: redcurrant juice with pulp, unrefined sugar, black garlic 5%, jam thickener (fruit pectin, citric acid, sugar, potassium sorbate), garlic powder.
