Juniper stroop

Ingredients: apple juice, unrefined cane sugar, juniper extract 2 %.

The word stroop comes from Dutch and means syrup in translation. Such apple syrup is very much loved there. Saaremaa’s version of it is with juniper!

Use instead of honey, salad sauces, marinades and glazing. Also suitable for cheeseplatter. Comparable to maple syrup, but with a more intense flavor.

Do not keep refrigerated after opening.
