Usage: Serve the jelly with cheeses, especially soft and salty ones such as brie, camembert or blue cheese. The chilli adds a nice zing and effect to dishes.

Spread the jelly on a burger bun or warm sandwich as a side dish to give a little sweet and spicy taste. Can be mixed with creamy cream cheese or sour cream to make a spicy-sweet dip for vegetables or crackers. As a glaze on meats baking in the oven (e.g. pork, turkey or chicken wings).

Ingredients: redcurrant juice and puree 64%, jam sugar (sugar, gelling agent pectin, acidity regulator citric acid, 0.1% hydrogenated vegetable fat (sunflower oil), preservative potassium sorbate), chilli 1%.

Made from 75g of berries per 100g of product. Total sugar content 40g per 100g.
