Saaremaa apple shrub with buckwheat and honey

Ingredients: Ideafarm apple cider vinegar 57%, Karmeli Oü buckwheat honey 26%, ginger juice 10%, turmeric juice 5%, lemon juice 2%

Use as shot or salad dressing, great with cocktails with or without alcohol. As a small shot, it is used for toning and disinfecting. In mixture with oil and wine marinade meat softens quickly, especially with poultry, suitable for tofu. Great dressing with pear or melon cubes, strawberries or soft cheese.
