Sweet and sour sticky treat/sauce. The idea is based on the apple syrup of the Dutch national pride, we added elderberry juice and extract from Bulgarian oil roses and English fragrant roses grown in Saaremaa. The product tastes wonderful with Greek yogurt, cream cheese, curd, on pancakes, as a meat glaze, it is used in the same way as maple syrup.
