Dandelion and acorn coffee – crushed and roasted dandelion roots with ground / roasted acorns.
A domestic alternative to bean coffee, decaf. The taste is similar to bean coffee, it is also pleasantly bitter.
Preparation: add about 2 teaspoons (10 g) of crumb to a cup of hot water. Leave on for 10 minutes. Can also be prepared in a press jug or tea strainer cups. Cream, soy, almond or other milk can be added to the drink. For sweetening honey or sugar. Suitable for seasoning smoothies, ice cream cocktails or other desserts. Keep away from light. Best before 2 years.
