A bubbly drink from woodruff and pure fragrant rhubarb juice.
Best when cold, with plenty of ice. Semi-sweet aromatic, intense summer drink. The woodruff is an exceptionally aromatic herb growing in Estonian nature. Woodruff aroma reminds people their childhood (vanilla, cinnamon, apple pie) and it creates a positive emotion. It is a cold fermented drink that has retained all its good properties (vitamins, etc.). The drink is unfiltered to maintain a special deep dark taste, therefore there may be some precipitation in the bottom.
