Juniper gourmet vinegar – the mild juniper flavoured apple vinegar with a juniper twig, which is fermented in a traditional way from the juice of the apples from the gardens of the island Saaremaa, tastes well in a salad dressing or can be used as a marinade. One spoonful of juniper vinegar diluted in a glass of water is a useful antibacterial expedient for cleaning a face or rinsing hair.

Ingredients: apple cider vinegar 4-6%, juniper extract.
