Viking elderberry stroop with hazelnuts 260ml

Sweet and sour sticky treat/sauce with hazelnuts. The idea is based on the Dutch national pride apple syrup, we added elderberry juice and hazelnuts. The product tastes wonderful with Greek yogurt, cream cheese, a selection of cheeses, curds, on pancakes, as a meat glaze the same way as maple syrup.
